The package arrived in perfect condition. Well packed, arrived before the scheduled date. The article is as seen in the image. The material feels resistant. It is a bit difficult to change the levels, due to the hardness of the material, but I suppose it must be like that, but it would not resist the support of the body. Now I'm testing it as support on the back of a chair and it's comfortable.
Lousy product, at first use it bends and breaks
Very easy to assemble even if the adhesive for the central rubber part is missing. Exercise is more difficult than you think but probably useful. On the office chair supports your back forcing you to a correct posture. For the price paid it seems OK!
